Canterwood Golf and Country Club
Note: The entrance is attended by a guard. Tell the guard that you are attending a course being held at the clubhouse. After entering the gate, proceed straight ahead past the stop sign and park in the clubhouse parking.

From Seattle/Tacoma:From I-5, take the Highily 16 Gig Harbor/Bremerton exit, cross the Narrows Bridge and proceed to the Burnham Dr exit. Yield into the ROUND ABOUT and take the 3rd RIGHT, which will be Canterwood Blvd. Proceed up hill about a mile and half; as the road bends to the LEFT, Canterwoods main entrance will be on the RIGHT.

From Bremerton: Take Highily 16 to the Purdy exit. Continue to the first signal light, which will be 144th and turn LEFT. Proceed up hill about a mile to 54th Ave NW and make a RIGHT. Canterwoods main entrance will be on the LEFT about 1 mile.

Course Information: Surgical

Day three includes the surgical component of the course and is being presented by Dr. Brian Kerr and Dr. Mike Giesy. Day 3 is a live demo presentation, followed by live surgeries performed by attandees.

Dress Code

Business casual for days 1 and 2, no jeans please. For day 3, men may wear slacks with a white button-down shirt and tie. Women may wear slacks with a white button-down blouse. Lab Coats will be provided during the surgery day.
